Mark Ingram is a professional transportation and traffic engineer with more than 30 years of experience across TxDOT projects, municipal programs, corridor studies, signal operations, safety analysis, and transportation planning. As a PTOE and long-time instructor, Mark has prepared engineers nationwide for the FE and PE exams, specializing in transportation engineering, traffic operations, MUTCD interpretation, engineering economics, safety analysis, and highway capacity fundamentals. He currently manages high-profile TxDOT projects, leads multidisciplinary teams, and brings real-world engineering experience into every lesson inside Ingram Transportation Review.
